Appointments & Bookings
  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • A booking amount may be required to confirm your slot.

  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

Payments Policy
  • All services must be paid as per agreed pricing.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted for rescheduling (conditions apply).

  • Final payment must be completed after the service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Inform at least 24 hours before for rescheduling.

  • Last-minute cancellations may lead to loss of booking amount.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unavoidable situations.

Health & Safety
  • We maintain 100% hygiene and safety standards.

  • Clients must inform about any medical conditions before the session.

  • Follow all aftercare instructions provided by the artist.

Tattoo & Service Policy
  • Tattoo designs once finalized cannot be changed at the last moment.

  • Results may vary depending on skin type and aftercare.

  • Touch-ups (if applicable) will be provided based on discussion.

Photos & Portfolio Use
  • We may take photos/videos of completed work for portfolio and social media.

  • If you don’t want your tattoo shared, please inform us in advance.

Responsibility
  • We are not responsible for issues caused due to improper aftercare.

  • Clients must ensure they are legally eligible (18+ recommended).
